摘要：A packaging device (10) includes upper and lower container portions (14,12)that support respective frames (42) that, in turn, support respective support films (46).
The frames and the container portions are configured such that the act of installing theframes in the container portions automatically increases tension in the films. This can beaccomplished by rotating opposed portions of the frames in opposite directions, bydisplacing the film out of the plane in which it is originally supported by the frame, or bydisplacing opposed portions of the frame away from one another. The film (46) of thelower container portion (12) is recessed with respect to a peripheral lip (20) of the lowercontainer portion, while the film (46) of the upper container portion (14) protrudesbeyond the peripheral lip of the upper container portion. In this way objects are
prevented from rolling out of the lower container portion, yet the films are brought intoface-to-face contact when the packaging device is closed.
