摘要：a cylinder includes a splint (2) rotating around a fixed axis system (1). a firstchamber (7) located in the interior of the cylinder is filled with fluid which transfers powerfrom the central axis of the support (1) and (2) of the cylinder to the bandage.the firstchamber (7) communicates with at least one throttling (11) and a second chamber (20)located inside the cylinder and containing a rubber hose (21) is hermetically sealed andfilled with gas, so that the second chamber (20) is never entirely filled with liquid.thevolume of liquid in the second chamber (20) can change rapidly during changes ofpressure in the first chamber (7). therefore, when the tape (2) of the cylinder tends tovibrate the fluid flows in both directions through the throttling (11) by convertingfrictional heat of the fluid friction vibrational energy.
