Cathy’s Weekend
Last weekend Cathy went to Xi’an with her parents. They were visiting the Bell Tower, the DrumTower, Dayanta, Xiaoyanta and the Daming Palace. Lots of the historical sites and cultural sites were providing her knowledge and education.
Outside the city, they also visited the Terracotta Warriors’ Tomb in Xianyang, and the Huaqingchi Hot Spring Park. It was such a scene that fascinated Cathy, so that she thought of the grand procession before the Emperor was such an unimaginable thing.
During the weekend, they also tasted many local dishes which were totally different from what they usually have back in Beijing. And all in all, that was one really enjoyable trip in her life.
